Open Door Day at GAST

On March 9 an Open Door Day was held at our school. The attendees were the parents of the future first graders. The guests had the opportunity to tour the campus and see the infrastructure with their own eyes.

The speakers covered a wide range of topics concerning the school:

The Principal of the school Irakli Manelidze welcomed parents in a newly furnished conference hall and delivered a presentation about the school. He introduced the vision, values and goal and also talked in details about the programs and future plans.

The Deputy Principal and Head of the Department of State and Foreign Languages, Maia Kubetova introduced the modern teaching methods of English applied in GAST and shared the information about the exchange programs.

The Head of the Primary Deparment overviewed the personalized learning approach starting from the primary level and modern technologies incorporated in the teaching and learning process.

The Manager of the Quality Assurance talked about the monitoring and evaluation of teaching/learning process and gave a detailed summary of ongoing programs.

The Club Leader Temur Khudaverdov introduced currently available clubs to the parents and also shared the future plans.

The founders of the school Levan Gogia and Irakli Gogia also attended the event.

After thorough presentations the parents had actively engaged in the Q & A session.

We would like to thank each parent for their interest in our school and we are looking forward to meeting their little ones when a new school year begins.
